"Self expression keeps one safe", i read once in nixx's0 website. And I think that makes sense. Showing how insane you are to other people seems a good way to keep yourself from insanity. Despite that might only work if they don't think you're insane. The thing is that the human prototype has found a lot of way to express themselves. Painting, music, writing. Or in fewer words, art.

But what's the best way to express ourselves? I guess that the the best way is what you think it's the best way. But time has shown me no matter how you want to express yourself, the best way is paranoid by black sabbath.
